1. Digital Products - No Refund Policy

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, consumers normally have a 14-day right to cancel. However, this right does not apply to digital content where:

The consumer has given express consent to begin delivery before the cancellation period expires; and
The consumer has acknowledged that their right of cancellation is thereby lost.

By completing your purchase on our website, you expressly consent to immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge that your right to cancel is lost upon accessing the content.

2. Exceptions

We will consider refund requests in the following exceptional circumstances:

You have been charged multiple times for the same order (duplicate charge)
You have not received access to the product within 24 hours of payment due to a technical fault on our part
The product is significantly different from its description

3. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are entitled to a refund under the exceptions above, please contact us at selmakhan@zenava.co.uk within 14 days of purchase, including your order reference number. We will respond within 5 working days.

4. Chargebacks

We take fraudulent chargeback claims seriously. All purchases are logged with IP address, payment details, and account access timestamps. We will provide this evidence to our payment processor in the event of a disputed chargeback.
