All prices are in GBP. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; the price shown at checkout is final. Your order is confirmed when payment is successfully processed and you receive a confirmation email.
Digital products are delivered by providing access to a secure online account. You will receive account setup instructions by email immediately after payment. Delivery is instant and available 24/7 via your account.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel a digital purchase within 14 days unless you have expressly consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged loss of your cancellation right. All content within the digital products is the intellectual property of Responseo Ltd and Selma Khan. Unauthorised reproduction, redistribution, or resale is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your login details. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Responseo Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of our products. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.
These Terms are governed by English law and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
